SOPC Summer Party May 2012
What do we need for a fantastic party?
A great venue, delicious food and music that we all love to dance to.
What's still missing?
YOU!
A party is nothing if the company is not good and friends are the best company.
Yes, it seems a long way away, but we want all our members to enjoy a night to remember, so now is the time to start our planning so that we can have our best Summer Party ever in 2012.
We need your help to make it happen.
There are lots of things to be arranged and no one has to do it on their own. Different groups will:
- Decide on the best date and a theme for the event;
- Identify a place to hold the party;
- Arrange for the music;
- Agree what food and drink should be served;
- Arrange for any prizes that are required;
- Decorate the venue;
- Design an invitation/ticket.
Volunteers will work with the close cooperation of the SOPC Treasurer and Social Activities Coordinator.
Make the best SOPC Summer party ever be the one you helped to organize!
If you want to participate in the organization of the party please contact the Social Activities.
